How do you define a vacation rental transaction?

A vacation rental transaction is defined as a completed booking that has been fully paid.  Example:  A traveler is redirected from your website to our rental property website http://www.elfindelmundo.info.  The vacationer decides to book time at our vacation villa and makes payment via credit card, wire transfer, or check.  This event will trigger acknowledgement of a completed transaction and move your referral into your commission due account.
